Unlocking the potential of exceptional life science technologies and entrepreneurs
We fuel early stage life science startups that focus on R&D tools, platform technologies, and computational biology to solve today's roadblocks and allow for tomorrow's discoveries and therapeutics to thrive.
Tech+Bio is the Future
We help grow the companies developing the tools to build that future.
Phase Two Ventures is a seed venture fund based in San Diego investing in early-stage life science tools, platform technologies and computational biology to support the next generation of basic research, diagnostics, and therapeutics. We aim to discover and support diverse science entrepreneurs with backgrounds in multi-omics, bioengineering, synthetic biology, and cell & gene therapies. The firm was co-founded by entrepreneurs with years of operational experience and understand the nuances of taking early technology towards commercial success. We put that experience to work with pre-seed startups by providing capital, coaching, and support.
